3.1 Creating an Account

  • Account approval and role assignment (e.g., learner, instructor, admin) are managed by Platform administrators.

3.2 Login & Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misusing the Platform.

4. Course Enrollment & Learning Process

4.1 Course Access & Learning Materials

  • Courses are available through live sessions and self-paced modules.
  • Learning content, including quizzes, assignments, and digital resources, is provided via our LMS (Learning Management System).

4.2 Progress & Certification

  • Learners can track their progress through their dashboard.
  • Successful course completion may result in a certificate, issued at the discretion of LESOL Academy.

5. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:
